The information submitted by the website user to OTP Osiguranje ADO Beograd (hereinafter referred to as the Insurance) for communication purposes is submitted of their own free will, and the approval to process the data by the Insurance is given on the grounds of clear affirmative action*, i.e. by the very act of the data submission by the user, thus giving the consent to the Insurance to process the data with the goal to provide the informative insurance offer.<\/p>\n

When processing the data, the Insurance shall act in harmony with the Law on Personal Data Protection.<\/p>\n

*Clear affirmative action is any action, i.e. corresponding conduct, which clearly, unequivocally and with certainty expresses the approval of the person with respect to a specific action. In this exact case, by leaving their personal information, the Application users undoubtedly give their consent to the data to be used by the Insurance; otherwise they will not leave the information nor submit them to the Insurance in the Application.<\/em><\/p>\n

Personal data collected in the process of submitting contact requests is collected for the purpose of offering of insurance product and informing data subject about characteristics of insurance product.\u00a0Contact request is submitted through the Insurer’s website by entering contact details of the interested person. The legal basis for the processing of this data is the consent of the person whose data is being processed based on conclusive act of submitting this data.

Personal data are kept until the moment of fulfillment of the purpose of collection, that is, until the moment of contacting and providing complete information about insurance products for which that person showed interest through the Insurer’s website. If, in order to provide needed information, it is necessary to contact data subject several times, his\/her data will be kept during that time and will be deleted after the fulfillment of stated purpose.<\/p>\n

Rights of the Data Subjects<\/h3>\n

Data subjects have the right to request from the Insurer access, correction or deletion of his\/her personal data, as well as the right to limit processing, the right to file objection, and the right to data transmission, all in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection.
\nData subject has the right to withdraw the consent to the processing of personal data, at any time, provided that such withdrawal shall have effect only from the moment of notification of the withdrawal to the Insurer, and shall not affect the use of the data before such withdrawal.
